Duty and rest information entered into DutyRest is used only on your device to perform calculations and display results. DutyRest does not transmit duty or rest information off your device and does not require you to create a user account.

DutyRest does not collect personal information or transmit personal information from the app to Flight Logic. DutyRest does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Tracking and advertising
DutyRest does not use third-party advertising and is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Flight Logic website
This website provides product information, support and access to this privacy policy. The hosting provider may process limited technical information necessary to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser information and server request logs, under the hosting provider's own policies.
Purchases
If Flight Logic enables online purchases for digital products, payment and checkout may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Payment information would be processed under that provider's terms and privacy practices. Flight Logic does not currently process card details directly through this website.
Children's privacy
DutyRest and Flight Logic's pilot tools are intended as aviation reference and productivity tools and are not directed to children.
